App not accepting password

For two days Iโ€™ve been resetting my password and trying to get it to work on the App but itโ€™s not working at all. Am I doing something wrong or is there any issues with passwords for the App? PLEASE HELP.

Hello @Mystri99, we're not aware of any issues with accounts and login. I have tried it now, and it works fine for me. I'm not sure what could cause the issue on your side, but check if you don't have CaPs LoCk on on your computer or iPhone. Passwords are CaSe sEnSiTiVe, so you can try to double check that. Also, with the password reset, did you finish the whole process? At the end, you should be prompted to create a new password. Are you able to log in on the website with the new password?
