I think it would be cool to send users custom patterns that you have made for them through the messaging system.

Name patterns, for example, are common requests that can’t get accepted so I think this feature would be beneficial in that regard.

You can actually do that.

You just copy the knotting structure and send it to them. For normal patterns you also have to send the colour codes and the colours order and for alphas you have to send the colours.

Thats a great idea! You know how when you make a pattern it says a number on top, for example "Edit Normal/Alpha pattern #" and then the number has a series of 7 numbers. Maybe we could make that as a link to take you to that pattern, however if you do not own the pattern you cannot edit it.
