Well, I don't know if this is possible but I would like you to add a function of alpa pattern with half knot.
I think everyone knows that when tying there are two halves of the simple festoon knot, the first, which is a simple return to the guide thread, and the second, which is basically sure that the first one does not come loose.
There are some alpha patterns that are written with a half knot, instead of a square symbolizing the simple scallop knot, a rectangle symbolizing the half scallop knot. I did some half knot work and I think I could be great to expand the possible jobs.

What does it look like when you do this? Does it make a difference visually?
Do you need to adjust regular alpha patterns or can you just do half knots without any changes to the pattern?

@halokiwi The knot is slightly smaller, which can help make some types of bracelets. Visually there is a difference in terms of size, for example if the alpha pattern that you want to make has some stitches that need to be small, the half scallop knot helps, recently I made some fabrics with white dots on black dots and the pattern was half knots mixed with whole knots. The pattern style is not very descriptive, but the difference is clear.
