I’ve seen similar complaints about not being able to upload a photo from my camera roll. I have this problem as well, help?!

i have the same problem, but what i do is go to www.braceletbook.com and upload it from there! hope this helps!!

I also have this problem, but I found that if you go to take a photo instead of camera roll you can just take the picture in the app and then you can upload it. Hope that made sense/was helpful🙂

Hello @emmaguin. You can try updating the app, there's a new version available @ the AppStore. It should work now 🙂
