I was told that my photo was denied because I needed to rotate it, which for some bracelets would make sense but the pattern I was posting a picture for is a vertical pattern and there are other photos of a variation of the same pattern that are vertical, I'm assuming for the same reason. With so many vertical photos on the site, why is mine being declined saying I'm violating the terms of service? Would it cause trouble if I just sent it again? This doesn't make sense.
