Do you mean adding a photo of a bracelet(etc) you made? If so, go to the page of the pattern that you made, and on the site at the top right you'll see "Add Photo", you click that and then just choose the photo from your gallery that you are submitting for that pattern. On the app, you again go to the page of the pattern, and you should see a '+' symbol, you tap that and then select "Add Photo".
