I use the app unless I'm designing a new pattern. It's easy to use and does all I need it to, except for making up new patterns. I haven't tried using the website on my phone, so I'm not sure about that.

I prefer the website; I feel like it's a little easier to navigate. And of course I can design patterns on it. I usually use the app though, since I'm generally on my phone.

The website can do more (like create patterns), but it is really hard to use on a phone. The app has things it can't do (links to patterns don't work, notifications are just text and not links, no similar patterns are displayed under each pattern, and there is no pattern generator), but it works fine to show patterns if you want to have a pattern open while you work.

As the new website is up, we're currently thinking about making a mobile version of the website when you open it up on a smaller screen. With the mobile version, the navigation would be optimised for devices with a smaller screen, similarly to the current iOS app probably. But it will take us some time, if we consider it a good idea 🙂
