Bar at the Top

So I always use the website. I just updated Chrome and when i hover my mouse over the bar at the top with the different tabs and stuff it starts to blink in and out. This is only when i am hovering over the Friends, Chat, Messages, and Notifications spots. Not when i hover over Home, Patterns, Photos, Videos, Tutorials or Forum. Is it just me or is this a website bug?
