@Everyone Ability in Chat

There should be a way to tag everyone talking in the chat in case you want everyone to see it. You would simple write @everyone in chat in order to tag everyone. However, this tag would only tag people who had talked within the last 15-20 minutes. That way people aren't always getting random non-sensical chat messages.

I had this idea before and was going to put it in but I feel like too many people would take this to there advantage. Good idea though.

Or i thought of @Mods or @Moderators to tag all moderators if you have a question or if something is going on in the chat or in the forums
