Error creating patterns

When I create my patterns many times I end up pressing the wrong button (Forum or tutorials) and I end up losing ALL the pattern that I have not saved.Couldn't you add a function so that the patterns are automatically saved? |

I don’t think they are doing that because if it automatically saves, then you could have a better chance of accidentally filling something in the pattern, etc, and ruining it and not being able to go back to the old version. People save when the pattern looks good, and if they accidentally ruin it, you just click refresh and it will go back to the old version if that makes sense, so just make sure to save frequently 🙂

If patterns were automatically saved, then if you accidentally pressed clear pattern, you’re pattern would be gone forever. You just have to remember to constantly keep pressing save and possibly take screenshots of the different versions of your pattern.

Maybe a better idea 🤔 : save automatically but have undo buttons so you can undo if you accidentally press “clear pattern”

I would recommend either screen-shotting or copy and pasting the knots into a google doc so that you can save it. But an undo button would really help a lot!
