So my sister’s account is getting hacked a couple of months ago it gave her a message that this site was getting hacked and then in her messages it shows that she spammed users and she didn’t do that soooooo....... 🙁

If the account is still linked to her email, you can do the option to have bb send a email with the password or something hope this helps 🙂

Thank you for letting us know @apurva, but I'm 100% sure this is not an issue on our end. The password to that account was either really easy / similar to the username, or the account was using an email address of someone else, or someone somehow had to get access to the password of your sister 🙁. BraceletBook is a very secure website, we're using the latest standards when it comes to security, cryptography, and all the things around user accounts and login, so I'm really sure it's not an issue on our end. I also didn't yet receive any complaints regarding security issues, and the website is running for a very long time already. Sure, send me an email, and we can discuss this further in private, and see what we can do about it 🙂. |
