creating a design and it just disappears

Somethings i create a design and submit it, but it never gets declines or accepted. it is dissappears i have to redesign it. only then does the new one get accepted

when you submit a pattern you can no longer see it until it is accepted or declined therefore you don't have to make a new pattern every time you submit it and it disappears.

if you submit the pattern more than 3 times and it gets declined more than 3 times in a row for the same reason the pattern is usually deleted.

I would suggest taking a screen shot of your pattern every time you submit it.

Hi, I think a common source of this issue is people forgetting to click "safe" when using "draw alpha". Could that be the issue?

@halokiwi when you fail to hit save, it changes it back to alpha template. Since in the beginning, i did that a couple of times, I save the pattern multiple times through designing it

Stupid question, but there's no chance you accidentally clicked the "delete" button instead of the "submit" button?

@halokiwi honestly thought I was doing the same thing. so I triple make sure I am about to press the right button. I do this by staring at the bottom making sure it says "submit to site" on it before clicking it

@halokiwi thanks so much, quick question, could it be mods are deleting them. IDK how the accepting process works. I just don't know if someone could accidentally delete them like i can. I don't mean to sound so mean if i do

I think you get a notification if your pattern gets deleted so I don't think that is what happens. The "delete" button also is far away from the "accept" and "decline" buttons so I don't think it happens on accident. We only delete submitted patterns after warning the user that we would delete it.

@halokiwi ok. is there any way to keep me posted on the status of the issue? i just submitted a lucky pattern last night which seemed to disappear and redid and resubmitted it this morning.

I actually accepted your lucky pattern earlier 😄 you should see it on your accountMaybe there's an issue with the notifications and not necessarily the patterns disappearing 🤔 I'll definitely comment on here or message you once I get an update |

@halokiwi i made two different designs. i keychain size and bracelet. you accepted my keychain one but my bracelet one is gone. I dont see it on my pattern wall on my profile
