I have the problem when I click on save the bio it just loads the page but does not put it on my profile could someone help me please

That's odd. Maybe you put something in it that the website/app doesn't recognise. I recommend to try putting something short into it. I also recommend trying it on the website if you are currently using the app. If you are already on the website maybe you could try it on a different browser.
