hey my app keeps crashing while im in forums and I can’t figure out why. if anyone else is having this problem and knows how to fix it, please let me know. @Admin |

haha almost all of the apps on my phone crash my only advice is to free up storage on your device. The app is most likely crashing as a result of your phone having too much to process but I could be wrong. Also devices with older updates don't handle newer versions of software or updates and I have learned this through personal experience. It's annoying but theres not much that can be done. Bracelet book is normally the only app that doesn't crash on me so thats a little weird if only your bracelet book app is crashing. Anyways best of luck in fixing the crashes that the app is receiving on your device. 🙂

@2006_Mandy I don’t have very many apps on my phone and I am on the latest update so I don’t think that’s the problem. Thanks for the advice anyway 😊

If you want to open bracelet book on your phone, I would suggest deleting the app and just using the braceletbook website in safari or whatever browser your phone has. I always use bracelet book on my tablet through safari and it always works fine and never crashes. I also know that the website has a lot more features than the app, so I would suggest you do that. If you end up not liking it, you can just redownload the app and sign in again.

Oh ok. I never used the app, but I don’t think I will because I know you can’t create patterns on there and I like using my tablet lol
