Something that would be helpful is something like a description for patterns, like YouTube has for videos. I'd like it if I could make notes and suggestions on patterns that I create to inspire or help others.

If I have any advice I want to give to users who knot my patterns I always put it in the comments of that pattern.

Yeah, I would just put it in the comments because normally I scroll down to read and see how other people made it!
