1 color changes as variations

Here i go again lol. I swear anytime I hop on the forums it's about variations. I just don't think they get enough love!That being said here's what I'm talking about: I don't think 1 color changes should be acceptable as variations. I think it really clutters things up and it's usually something you could have thought of yourself. I just think it should require a bit more effort ya know? And while yes even the dramatic color changes could be thought of by anyone, I think that it can inspire a few people that weren't thinking about it to try something different. I'll just give a random example. The popular butterfly pattern with the white background and the black borders. Lets say that all the variations were just different colors of the butterfly. While of course there are some people that'll make some crazy all blue version of it, there'd be so many more people like that if there were variations to already put into your head. |
