Mention Everyone in the Topic

I think that we should have the ability to mention everyone that has participated in the forum topic. Ex. If you put @ everyone, everyone who has participated in the topic before that message will get a notification. This would be especially helpful if you are doing a challenge and would like to tell everyone who the winner is without having to go in and copy and paste everyone's username.

I love that idea! Though that would mean people would probably get a lot of notifications. Or I guess there could be a rule you can only use it like once a week/day/month or something?
