Commenting, Rating, and Favoriting Tutorials

I think that users should be able to comment, rate, and favorite tutorials. Some tutorials are clearly better than others, and could be found easier by sorting by highest rating, just like patterns. It's very important that we should be able to comment on tutorials, especially on bracelets that can't be uploaded as normal patterns (like Chinese staircase and Peruvian wave). Favoriting tutorials would let users find tutorials that they liked much easier. What do you think?
