How to add beads to bracelets?

So I saw a couple of youtube vids on attaching beads. One way was making a square knot bracelet and attaching a bead to the middle string. Another was a basic chevron design where they attached the bead to the middle knots and weaved through it. I'm wondering if there are other ways to attach beads?

If you wanted I guess you could potentially add charms with beads (on a jump ring) and slide it through the middle knot of the bracelet and then knot it into the bracelet.

There are a few videos on YouTube where there are different ways to add beads in bracelets by adik crafts (adik on braceletbook). Hope this helps 😊
