How do I design a pattern?

Do you have to be at a certain level to design and post patterns? If so, what level? I’m currently at “Advanced” and I don’t see any option to design a pattern.

Any level can make patterns I think. Unfortunately you can’t make patterns in the app; you have to be on the website to make patterns. Once you’re on the website, if you hover over your profile picture there will be an option that says “create patterns” and you can click that to open the pattern generator.
