I have made chevrons, candystripes, and chinese staircases. I have had no issues with any of these bracelets besides the occasional hole or color peeking throigh. 😄

#36633 is one I would recommend because it has fb and bf knots as well. I do not know if this is the type of pattern you are looking for? 🙂

Try a distorted chevron! Masha knots has a tutorial for it on her channel as well

i think the arrowhead (#18) or a simple diamond bracelet (such as #2167) are great patterns to try after you’ve made chevrons, candystripes and chinese staircases. they both have fb and bf knots so that way you get to practice those types of knots and both patterns are very easy to segment knot. masha knots has a tutorial on #18 and craftanatic has a tutorial on #2167. hope that helps! 🙂

Just make sure that it is easy to segment knot and is probably pretty short

And I recommend that it is a bracelet that it only has forward and backward knots!

there’s a forum post on the Hints page about this called “list of good patterns for beginners” that might be helpful, and you can add some ideas there😊

Preferably a normal pattern, but a suggestion for a beginner alpha would be great as well!
