i love making alphas and yknow there are a lot of color switches and you always have to replace short strings. so i usually end up cutting a 4 foot (ish) strand and then weaving it into the bracelet and then when that runs out, i do the same thing again. but i've seen people just use the whole bobbin when they're knotting and idk how to do that without it getting untied...

@juliannagh You have to sort of hold the bobbin while you make the knot. And instead of pulling at the string to bring it through the knot, you have to grab the bobbin. I hope that made sense haha, let me know if it didn’t and I can try explaining it another way

@tacos78 it really depends on the size and length of the bracelet. Larger bracelets will take more time and shorter ones will take less time

@Bellinx, I don’t know about stars, but there are numbers next to people’s profile pics. Those numbers are points that you get from making bracelets that were selected for a challenge on BB. On the forum, there is a challenges section where the admin posts official challenges each month and lists certain bracelets to make. If you make that bracelet and submit a photo of it with the word challenge in the photo, you get points for completing the challenge. You can not do anything with these points, they are just a cool thing to show that you took the time to participate and be active in the community 🙂 I hope that cleared things up!
