hi everyonetoday i started an alpha with a knotted loop i then knotted across the base strings as usual however the bracelet curves? i don’t know how to explain. it looks like half a circle how do i fix this? |

I think I know what you mean, does it look sorta 3D? This happened with my first alpha too, I think it’s because you are tying the knots at a different tightness than the row before. Smaller or bigger knots either increase or decrease the width of the bracelet so if the width is suddenly changed it’ll start to warp. So try tying them the same tightness. Hope this helps 😊

it could be on if you are tying the knots in a different tightness...........it could also happen if you are using two different string brands because the string could be two different thicknesses.

The loop might be too short for how wide the pattern is
