I would say just jump right in and start knotting. This bracelet is too small to do a loop or triangle ends, so I'd just tie on big knot at one end and the start knotting row by row.

I agree. The bracelet is too skinny to do a stitched loop or triangle ends. You could do twisted ties or braided ends, tho. That would look nice.
