Hello! I uploaded my picture of my pattern #45827. However, I have noticed that my alpha has become consistently wider. I think it has to do with the tightness of my knots because I started knotting looser towards the end. Do you guys have any tips on keeping your alphas consistent? Thank you.

I’m not the best at alphas myself but all I can really say is take your time and make sure your knots are super consistent. Also another thing that could help is using the straight edge technique with your alphas (Masha knots talks about it in one of her alphas videos) I’m not sure if this helps but I hope it does!

Yeah my first alpha did the same thing 🙁At the beginning it was smaller than in the middle where I was doing the lettering. I need to work on keeping my knots consistent

i would suggest trying to keep the first half of your knot the same tightness, that might help. also try to keep your base strings the same width the whole time, or it could warp it.
