Well, this is definitely a very long explanitory question. but HOW DO YOU MAKE AN ALPHA?!?! I just simply cannot comprehend!!! No worries if this is to broad of a question!! Thank you very much either way!

start with what's called a two toned alfa. This means a alfa with only two colors.

What that does is makes it less confusing. Use the Word color as the color of the base strings so you can do the knots with the letter string with the base strings if that makes any since. One of the youtubers that is a moderator does alfa tutorials and she also has a video about two toned alfas so I also recommend watching something along those lines. โค๏ธ โค๏ธ

#31213 is a good one to try. Its a two toned alfa and if you like cats that's even better. ๐ ๐ โค๏ธ โค๏ธ ๐ฅ ๐ฅ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐คช ๐คช ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐. Btw don't freak out! Just take slow and don't put too much pressure on yourself!

@carrie101You have to be on the website. I'm not sure if it's different on an iPad or something, but this is how to do it on a computer or laptop - Go to the top of the page, and hover your mouse over your name at the top. A little list should pop down, and select "Create Patterns". It's easier if you design an alpha pattern first, so try that before trying a normal one. I hope this helps! |

@carrie101Oh and to actually add it to the website, there should be a button saying "Submit to the Site" and if you click that, it will disappear and the moderators will check it and put it on the site or decline it. Just make sure that if you want to submit an alpha to the site, where there is a row of buttons (Alpha, Draw Alpha, Write Alpha, Alpha from Image and Alpha from Font) Make sure you click on "Alpha" before looking for the "Submit to the Site" Button. Okay sorry that did not make that much sense because I'm not the world's best explainer, but hopefully it will give you an idea of what to do. Good luck! And it will take up to a week for your pattern to be admitted or declined, but it will mostly be the first one or two days after you submit it. |

@Meghan_J24 tagging you so you can see @GymGirlsโ answer. Also, I recommend watching Masha Knotsโ two alpha videos. I think one is called โhow to read alpha patternsโ and the other is called โflat alpha braceletsโ. Theyโre really good tutorials for people starting alphas
