I would recommend a name bracelet to start off, it gets you used to the rows and the format of alpha patterns without complicated color switches.

name bracelets are usually the best beginner alphas or alphas with 4 or less colors

Just about any alpha with only two colors and no more than 16ish strings would be good

#19454 was my first alpha bracelet. It got me used to switching lots of colors, which I would recommend you learn. However, if you want to go for something more simple, I’d suggest you choose a pattern no more than 15 strings and two colors. Hope this helps!! 😊
