Holes in bracelet

I’m making a normal pattern and there is a lot of holes in it and the knots look all spaced out can someone tell me what i’m doing wrong

Try and tie your knots tighter, this should sort out your problem but don't tie them too tight because you will end up seeing the other colour. Don't worry too much about the holes, I don't know how long you have been making bracelets but when I started they were full of holes so know that they will get better in time🙂

When you tie the knot try pulling the string tighter I reccomend hold the string closer where you put the knot so you have more control. 😊

I would agree that the holes are caused by tension issues. I have been making bracelets for years now and it still happens to me sometimes. I honestly think that it happens depending on the pattern you're working on. Some patterns are easier to not have any holes in them, others not so much. Like I said, I still get holes in my bracelets. I would say work on tying your knots tighter and don't worry about it not being perfect. This is a learning process and no one becomes super good at making bracelets overnight!
