How do people make tassels on the loops of their bracelets? They are so cute and I would love to try them!

To make a tassles, wrap the thread on a credit card or something small and smooth, then cut it in the center. You fold it, then take a piece of string, and wrap it around the tassle thing, tie a knots or two, cut it, then add glue for extra security. Then take the extra strings and tie it abowve the thing to get a semi decent loop. I think they just slide the tassle onto the string when they will make a new knot.
