I wanted to make a Alpha pattern, but I am not sure where can I do it. Like, where donI need to press or enter to make an Alpha pattern?

so to create a pattern, you have to be on the website, not the app. Hover over your username at the top, and a tab should drop down that says ‘create a pattern.’ If you click on that you should be able to choose between creating a normal pattern and an alpha pattern.

@Lily23 I would recommend starting by making alpha patterns first because they are a lot easier to understand how to make patterns. What I would do is find a photo you like, for example a logo or character. I would recommend choosing a picture that isn't super detailed and doesn't include many colors. Then go to the 'Alpha from Image' section and add that picture you found. For the number of colors I would do a couple more colors than how many colors are in your picture. (For example if your picture had 3 colors in it select 5/6 as how many colors). For beginners the size of the pattern you should keep at 100 by 100 because it will be less pixelated and easier to tweak. Once your pattern of the picture is generated go to the 'Draw Alpha' section and tweak your pattern. If you don't know how to tweak patterns, @halokiwi has a great tutorial on how to tweak patterns and that helped me a lot. Once your pattern is finished you can save it and go to the 'Alpha' section and make sure it meets all the requirements and add your keywords. Once you have finished that you have created your first pattern! Now all you have to do is wait for a Moderator to accept your pattern. It usually takes about 24 hours or less for your pattern to get accepted. I hope this helped you, and I can't wait to see the patterns you'll make. 😄 For the normal patterns I don't personally know how to do that because I'm not the greatest at 'coding' them, so sorry I can't help you there.
