i need a lot of help with doing color swaps in alphas, i have watched masha knots video on flat alpha 18 times and it useless, please help me

@emilyem maybe you are starting with a difficult alpha!!! Also I don’t recommend masha knots flat alpha video for the colour swaps if I were you I would have a look at the how to read alphas because not only does it show how to read them (which I’m gridding I can do) it shows how to make them so that includes the colour swaps - hope this helps 😁

@emilyem well I can see that that is quite a difficult alpha since it has many colour swaps!! I suggest starting with a slightly easier alpha and coming on to finish alpha after the new one. Hope it goes well

when you have an alpha the arrows on the pattern will zigzag ... do you have to knot in the other direction?
