hi so if there’s an alpha with only two colors, do i even have to do a color switch? as seen in name bracelets, the base strings are also used as the letter colors. so, can i use my base string and background string without having to switch??

Yes you just tie the base strings onto the background strung but you have to make sure you tie them all tight bc it can be a little bit of a struggle to tie more then one knot of the base string onto the background string and keep it flush with the other knots

Yes, you still have to do a color switch. You have the base strings then you are knotting on two different color of string onto the base string.

You still have to do a colour change since there are 2 colours
