i cant use black when im creating a pattern

how do i eliminate colours when im creating patterns after i finished drawing the alpha without disturbing anything? ALSO i got a message saying my pattern cant be submitted because i used the colour black, what am i supposed to do? (i realllly wanna post this pattern i took hours to prepare it :'))

to answer your question about why you can’t use black, the darkest color they will accept is 333333. that is because if you use pure black, it is very difficult to see in the grid. to eliminate colors make sure there are no more pixels of a particular color. when there are no more pixels of a particular color, the color goes away. i hope that helps!🙂

If you want to use a black colour you just have to use a lighter shade so you can see the grid pattern underneath.
