I sent in a picture for patter 1 and 2 and both of them got declined. It said that they violate the terms of service but I don't know how to find out what the terms of service is. HELP!

If the photos are too blurry or if you enhanced the bracket color in any way (camera filters) then your bracelet photos will be declined.
