I usually buy my thread off of Amazon. I purchased a pack of 150 skeins for £12 ( I think the brand was TICHOSI but I could be completely wrong 😂 ). Hope this helps! 😊

Honestly I just find a random pack on amazon that seems to be a good price and I like the colors 😂 I don’t really have a specific go-to, just read the reviews and you’ll be fine. I’ve purchased many different packs of string like this and I’m always happy with what I receive 🙂

I used to use embroidery thread but it would always come apart so now I use craft thread and I love it!! I like it because it's a twisted string so it doesn't come apart. Hope that makes sense and helps!!

sometimes it is called “crochet thread” and i recommend DMC Petra size 5 or something of similar thickness

I have some perle cotton, and some crochet thread, plus traditional embroidery floss. Daiso also sells some embroidery floss that I like.
