It takes a while for your patterns to be accepted or declined. They're most likely still in the review process. You'll get a notification once your patterns have been accepted or declined. Accepted patterns will appear on your profile while declined ones will be in the pattern generator again with a message attached why they were declined.

It usually takes around two days for patterns to be accepted or declined btw

you will receive a notification when the pattern has been accepted. The amount of time depends on how many people are moderating 🙂
