You can take a safety pin and untie all of the knots so you can reuse the string. I just finished cleaning out my unfinished bracelet collection and I untied a bunch of them lol

If you don't like the pattern just cut the strings off and use them for alpha patterns. I often do this

I mean you could give them away for free or charge a little bit for them. Some beginners might like to finish them so they can get into the rhythm of knotting without having to deal with the start?? Idk about you but starting a bracelet is always the worse thing in my opinion cus I can be impatient and just want to get the bracelet started ๐Ÿ˜‚

I had 4 unfinished bracelets that I spent forever unknotting all of them so that I could reuse the string. If you donโ€™t want to unknot your bracelets Iโ€™d suggest just finishing them or cutting them.

I usually just unknot them with a safety pin or sewing needle and use the storing for alphas and rag-rug bracelets
