A challenge on BraceletBook basically means that whichever pattern the host has that is the pattern you create it depends on what type of pattern they choose for example some users only use alphas or only normal patterns most of the time though they use both and some challenges also have rewards while others are just for fun and also a tip you don't have to make all the patterns the host has listed unless the challenge requires you to you can also do a keychain or a bracelet for a specific pattern hope this helps clearing up some things :- ) 😊

there are two types of challenges: official challenges and community challenges. moderators post weekly official challenges and Johnny posts monthly official challenges. if you do an official challenge, you do any of the patterns they post, submit a picture of your bracelet/bookmark/keychain etc and write challenge in the photo. that way you will get a reward from the moderator who accepts it. with community challenges, they are created by users of all ranks and you just follow the directions of the challenge you want to do. there are no rewards though some do announce winners. hope that helps! 🙂

the rewards are a number in the top corner of your profile picture. if you go to my profile, you’ll see a number 6 at the top right corner of my profile picture. that is because i have participated in 6 official challenges!
