i don’t think you can tag people in photos but you could always just write @ and then their username. maybe it will tag them but i’m not sure. i would suggest maybe tagging them in the comments of the pattern that you want to submit your photo to? that will make sure that they get a notification that you posted a photo for their challenge. or just tag them in their challenge in the forum 🙂
