Do you mean you accidentally broke a string and need more since it’s too short? If so I recommend the color changing technique used in alphas. Make half a knot using your a new piece of string (by half a knot I mean you know how you would usually make 2 knots to complete one? So making a half would just be making 1 knot) place your old string in between and complete the knot with the second tie. I’m sorry if this is confusing. For a better explanation and visual I recommend watching the “color switch” part of mashaknot’s “flat alpha bracelet tutorial”

alex innovations has a video on this which is very helpful. the technique is mostly the same as adding a string to an alpha thoughhope this helps! |
