Making a loop with uneven strings

I’ve been wondering how I make one of the basic loops with an uneven amount of strings. Can you guys help me please 😂

I don't think I can explain it very well but Masha Knots made a tutorial of that on Youtube.

You take one string double the length. You untwist that string and separate it into two equal halves. You use a halved string in the loop and unite it after the loop so you're back to the original thickness.

while the method mentioned above works quite well, i have found it frustrating to have long “halved” strings in my string collection left over, so i tend to take the odd string(s) and make them about 4 inches longer than half, so that you can knot around it and pretend like it is the normal length when you make the loop, and then just cut off the inch or two of excess later! hopefully that makes sense!
