I’m making a rag rug a bracelet and I’m about halfway done and i accidentally CUT one of the BASE strings. 😭 Anyone know how to fix it? Also there’s about a quarter inch of string left so I can’t like tie a new one or something 😭😫

Maybe try taping the base string at the back of the rag rug then knot it in? Haven’t tried that yet tho

Alex innovations has a pretty helpful tutorial on YouTube I think but I just tape the string down behind and continue knotting as normal but be careful they you don’t pull the string out from the tape
