how do i create a pattern?

Start on any page on bracelet book except your profile. Then hover over your user name and there would be a create patterns thing that you click on to start a pattern.

Also, you can only make patterns on the website not the app.

In order to create a pattern, you have to go to the website if you aren’t already there. Then, you hover over your profile and click “Create Pattern.” You should start with making alphas even if you don’t know how to make them because they’re easier to create. There will be buttons that say “knot” “fill” “horizontal” and “vertical.” Make sure you know what button is selected at all times because you don’t want to accidentally erase your pattern with the “fill” button. Just in case it does happen, you should save your pattern every so often. That way, you can refresh the page and it will be back to your last save. When you finish creating the pattern, you have to tick the copyright box and you have to add keywords. After you press “submit to the Site” a moderator will either approve or decline your pattern. If it is declined, there will be a message attached to the pattern. The website will not allow you to use black but you can use a dark gray. I hope this helped.
