how long are ur bracelets

So I’ve been making bracelets for about a month now, and since corona is running rampant the only person I really have to test bracelet length on is myself. I get the whole wingspan string length thing, but I have very small wrists so I’m always worried about making my bracelets too small, or overcompensating way too much and making them too long. How long do you guys usually make your bracelets from tie to tie? I’m not just talking about the woven part, I mean the whole thing. With ties included, I’ve been making mine a little under a foot, or 20-30 cm

Maybe do adjustable ends so it fits different people if your not doing that already

mine in total run up to about 23 cm from the loop to the end of the ties.what i usually do if I'm not sure the if bracelets will fit other people is that i'll make the knotted bracelet a little longer and make longer ties so it will kind of make up for the shortness of the knotted bracelet. i hope this helps! if you have any further questions feel free to ask me 😊 |

I always make it so it goes around my wrist completely and then add longer ties if I’m giving it so someone else that way they have some wiggle room for length

i tie string around my wrist to get the right size then add about 10-15 cm for ties

If i start with a loop on one side, and ties on the other, its about 23 cm, since i roughly make all my bracelets the same size.If there are ties on bothe ends, then its about 28-30 cm. For crimp ends, its about 19-20 cm. |

I usually make my bracelets (the pattern only) about 6 inches long, sometimes around 7 for alphas since the back can be bumpy. For the ties, I usually reserve about 6 inches and they end up being about 3 1/2 by the time I'm done braiding/twisting them.

13-15cm for the actual bracelet and then I make the ties 10-15cm each normally about 12 I think

Tbh I just do then as short as I can. I prefer keychains. I’m making 4 for some family friends and their brothers
