I'm currently on the app, so my iPod likes to crash often but I can try to help you. First off you may want to make sure you don't use anything to enhance the color of your bracelet in the photo. Pictures with very bright colors don't always get excepted. Secondly, you should make sure you can clearly see the design on the bracelet. I hope this helps 🙂 have a nice day!

It looks like a variation of pattern #12135... You would have to edit the pattern a bit (make it longer) but it's very similar. Hope that helps!!
