When I'm making an alpha, on each side, there's usually a border that you only connect at the end o the bracelet. My border doesn't end up staying near the side so it is very difficult to connect at the end. Any advice? for example, a pattern like #20872

Make the border wider or just eliminate the border all together

@ursula3 Use a two separate threads : one for the left side, and one for the right side.

I agree that it would be best to have one black string for the left and one for the right because that way you can interlock the black and the yellow leading strings so there's no gap.Another thing you could do is use the technique you can use for two coloured alphas where instead of switching your leading string you make knots with the basestrings onto the leading string to get your second colour. |
