Does anyone have a trick for getting a knot out of the string in your bracelet that won’t already come out with a needle or a safety pin??

A pin or needle will usually do the trick. But if it is a really tight knot, I usually start picking at the individual strands within the string to loosen it all up. But if it is a really big tight knot, it is best to cut the string out and reinsert the unknotted thread into your pattern

try pulling the string out from under if it's an alpha. I am always able to get my knots out with my fingers(I have baby hands), maybe ask someone with smaller hands?
