Banned banner in a persons profile?

I was looking at users and one person had a banner that said banned on top of their profile pic. What does that banner mean and are they still able to be active on the site?

Im not sure but I’m assuming if it says banned that there account is disabled and aren’t able to use it 🤷♀️

@stacey_135 would be correct. That banner indicates that the user has been banned from the site. It can happen for an array of reasons but the account cannot be active so long as the profile reads ‘banned’.
