Is it safe cutting the strings off of the back of an alpha? Usually I tie two strings together, trim them, and add Mod Podge on the strings to lock them in place. The Mod Podge I use is for paper but it still works for me. Would selling these Mod Podged bracelets be ok too?

it is totally safe to just cut them off and not use anything to stick them down, especially if your knots are tight enough! putting glue, mod podge, nail polish etc makes the back side rough usually from my experience so they’re nicer to wear when you just cut off the loose ends 😊

Selling them would be just fine! Most people do something similar like glue or something! It’s just fine!

I just do the glue/mod podge in keychains because I usually use them more but if you do it on bracelets it will scratch

Sometimes it gets very sharp so if you use something like glue make sure it’s flexible

I don’t put anything on mine I just cut it flat to the back of the bracelet and I haven’t had any fall apart.
