You can only do this on the website and to do that you click on your username then create patterns. There is also a tutorial in the tutorials section that tells you how to design patterns for people to make 😊

there are lots of great resources other places, but the basics are f for forward, b for backward, fb for forward-backward, and bf for backward forward. I don't use the app, only the website.
